The lamp is 27”H with a 16” diameter lamp shade. $40.

Queen size bed frame and memory foam mattress: This trusty bedroom set has had less than 30 total nights of use in several years. It includes a padded queen bed frame and headboard, along with a memory foam mattress, which offers an AWESOME night’s sleep.
Dimensions: 52”Hx65 1/4”Wx89”L; The frame is 13” from ground up, or 19” from ground to top of mattress. ^Pick up only in Ormewood Park. Mattress was originally over $750. For sale: $250.

Dining room suite: The Wayfair Todd Creek Extendable table includes the table, the leaf extension, four (4) Winthrop Parson chairs, and one (1) Sanders Bench. The table without the leaf measures: 39.5”Wx29.5”Hx82.5”L. The leaf adds 20” in length to the table. It can easily seat six without the leaf and up to ten with the leaf. The retail price for this infrequently used set is around $1,600. Offered at $600.00. ^NOTE: This is pick up only in Ormewood Park, this requires two or more people, a truck, and possibly disassembly of the table itself.

One entertainment center: This is a basic entertainment center that can support a TV up to 65” and includes two sliding glass doors, to close in your cords or gaming system, while allowing you to stock easy to reach items on the outside shelves. Note: This was initially built incorrectly by me so one vertical side piece is backwards and shows the ‘raw’ wood but it doesn’t impact functionality.

Various art pieces: Some of these are quite valuable, even for the cost of the frame, some are super reasonable. Selling all of them pretty darn cheap.

  • Giant “Face” art: A sturdy frame comes with this modern feeling piece. Dimensions: 39.5”Wx47.5”H, including the frame. Price: $50.00.

  • Fleur De Lys Coat Of Arms: From Paragon Picture Galley, this is a cool shield-code of arms type print. Dimensions: 31.5”Wx40.5”H. Price: $50.00

  • Buddha painting: This super fun and bright piece always gets comments. Dimensions: 72”Wx30”H.
    Originally $250, Price: $99.00.

  • B&W Z-Gallerie 1950’s NYC framed photos (Set of 2): These super cool photos were shot in the 1950’s and reproduced for a large art supply store. Dimensions: 19”Hx15”W.
    Originally $149 each, selling for $75 for both.
